We work with farmers and ranchers who share like-minded values in time-honored traditions and we wish to share this outside the Rockies without compromise. Gold Coast Bones and Meats was born out of the idea of offering real food to a group of people who feel the same towards the meat they are eating. It is about making a Montana-style farmers market available at your front door and sharing this high-quality meat with those who do not have access.

Bone-in Ribeye
The grass-fed and finished Bone-in Ribeye is a must try. Rich, juicy and flavorful with marbling throughout. One major benefit to the bone-in ribeye, is the bone's insulating property that affects how heat transfers through the meat. Great grilled or pan seared with fingerling potatoes sautéd in rosemary butter is mouth-watering to the last bite.
NY Strip Steak
One of the most sought after cuts on the cow. Cut from the short loin, the NY Strip Steak is a low locomotion muscle identified by its unparalleled intramuscular fat and large fat cap. The short, tender muscle fibers in this top-tier steak allow the grass fat marbling to shine through.
Filet Mignon
The absolute Cadillac of Steaks. CCM's Double aged fillet is hands down the most impactful steak experience available. This is the most tender steak, lean yet succulent, with a fine buttery texture.

We work with ranches that have 40,000 acres of grasslands hydrated by twenty-seven natural springs, a mosaic of juniper, sagebrush, red dirt, and limestone cliffs. Absolutely the cleanest, most nutrient fertile rangeland in the USA. And that translates straight into our beef.
